For Patients

Appointment Policy

Established patients can generally obtain an appointment within 5 to 7 days of their telephone call and new patients, within 10 to 14 days, (emergent and urgent patients are seen within 1 to 24 hours).

For our patients' safety and care, our practice is covered 24 hours/day, 7 days/week by one of our physicians.

Your First Visit

On your first visit we will begin a permanent medical record for you.  We will ask you to complete a brief medical history questionnaire and a registration form. For your convenience we have included these forms on the website. You can fill them out online and print, or you can fill them out in the office on your first visit.

Insurance and Payment

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims with most insurance companies.
We are providers for most of the major managed health care plans (HMOs, PPOs, and POS plans).

We accept Medicare Assignment.

We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. 

Co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are expected at the time services are rendered.

South Texas ENT Consultants PA has 3 San Antonio office locations. We also have offices in Uvalde, Pleasanton and Del Rio. Office hours vary by location. Please visit our Contact Us page for addresses, phone numbers and hours of operation of each office.
